Entire Agreement

Neither you nor Maples shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty or promise not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the Terms and Conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and BG in respect of your use of the
Website. I agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions and you agree that you shall have not remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which had not been made expressly in this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all matters arising from shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby irrevocably that the Courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg are to have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, the Website or the Information.

 

Assignment
BG may assign its rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions and upon any such assignment it shall be relieved of any further obligation hereunder. 

Termination and Suspension
BG may at its sole discretion immediately suspend of terminate your right to use the website without notice or warning it is considers that you have acted in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions. This is without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that BG may have. BG also reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website, including the availability of any feature, information or content or restrict your access to any or all parts of the Website at its discretion without notice or liability at any time.

We may at any time and from time to time change, alter adapt, add or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions and, if we do so, will post any such changes on the Website. Any express waiver of any breach of this Agreement of the Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach.
